As far as I know, we have two "missions impossible":
1. Adding player's positions.
2. Managing transfer policy.
Ariel probably have enough work with his Squad Files mods.
Manually editing all .ini files is kinda boring and it's necessary to have at least basic assembler knowledge, so not everyone can do it.
Idk, what will be added next. It depends on my mood and luck too.
For sure there are much more ""missions impossibles" than these two.
1. Yea, adding alternative players positions seems to be impossible atm.
2. Transfer.ini looks like any other .ini file, so it should be possible to edit it easily.
