Warhammer 40000: Dawn of war 2 Retribution(health and res)

This table contains invulnerability (thanks to recifense) and infinite resources including the population cap
Set a hotkey for no cooldown for unit and disable it when a level ends (and starts) else it'll hang if you don't disable it

I have changed Dark Byte's script to use aobscan so they are working with the new version of the game too.
I didn't remove anything from the original table, just added the new scripts with AOB description at the end. Those are working with both the original and the new versions (tested with v3.10 and v3.13).
(Some cheats are working for enemies too, but it doesn't really matter in campaign, only in skirmish battles.)

If I messed up DB's table anyway, I have added the Invulnerability + Instant kill and a simple Instant kill option. I didn't separate them so you can use only one of them.
