Cheats:
F1: Invisibility (from seikur0)
F2: Always charged hit streak
F3: Focus and Arrows
F4: HP
F5: No Hit Count Timer
Test: Ability Counter
TEST: Find Money
TEST: Find Level XP, Ability Tier, Power
TEST: Find Ability Points

Notes:

The "TEST: Find" cheats require you to enable the cheat and go to that area of the upgrades section, then you should see the values and be able to edit them.

Always charged hit streak means you don't have to hit anyone to be able to use executions.

Test: Ability Counter should fill up those special weapon abilities that you buy for 2500 with one hit.

F5: Your hit counter won't reset due to time, but it still will if you miss or get hit.

I was wondering, how come nobody found a way to directly hack up the 'Rune' levels?

Is it actually hardcoded, or it has a million amounts of codes and pointers that it's not just hard to do but near-impossible?

What do you mean by hacking up Rune levels?

If you mean guaranteeing that runes are level 25 or 26, check out seikur0's table:

I am trying to figure out how to manipulate exactly which rune drops. No success thus far. I have a feeling that it's near the place where seikur0 made his "Only Level 25/26 Runes Drop" cheat (that comes right before the location where the game calculates the rune's level), but I haven't been able to find anything.
