Okay, my pointer failed and I don't know how to make a proper one with scripts.
Good news:
Here is how to hack your teammates:
Find skill point first, you can find it through character interface. Once you find it, do a group search command. For example, Asleifr's five stats are 8,6,6,6,3, the command would be 4:8 4:6 4:6 4:6 4:3 (You can generate it with cheat engine). Do grouped scan, the final addresses should be close to your skill point value. Find them and change them to 10.

For character creation, skill point is basically stat point +4, find one and you will find the other.

All the resources for homestead are in 4 bytes which you can search, their offsets are different every time so it is hard to get a hold of it for a table (not to mention pointer tables doesn't work).

Currently trying to get a hold on instant build.
Update: Thanks to the efforts of Nibelton, a timer that can be used for instant build is now available. Download is a few posts down.

Okay. So if you want to hack a team member, you need to find their skill point address first (technically you don't have to but it helps a lot). After you find skill point value, which is pretty straight forward 4 byte scan, do a new search. Change value type to grouped, click "generate groupscan command". Choose 4 bytes and input the five stat values one by one in there and search. Compare the address of the results you got with the one you got for skill points, they should be fairly close, that's how you know which ones are the real deal. Change the numbers to whatever you like.

Haven't tried it yet but it should be in a 4 byte value. You can just hack the team member's stats and skills, it will make them much tougher too.

upgrades set to specific dates when you purchase them,so setting back time will also increase amount of days b4 upgrade finished.

Set a hotkey for this pointer, make it increase 1000000 every time you press the hot key. Go into world map, start construction, press hotkey several times (seems like the value can't exceed a certain value for Cheat Engine, so you need to set the timer back to 0 every time you finish a construction). Walk a bit on world map and construction will be complete.
