Here are my contributions for Galactic Civ II - Endless Universe: Dark Avatar V1.82 and Twilight of the Arnor V1.97). The following features are included: Minimum Resource, Infinite Move Points for selected unit, Minimum Population for selected Planet and Health Mode during space combat.

Each table contains a Script, 7 Enable/Disable variables, o pointer for last planet population and 7 pointers for last selected ship. The features are enabled by default.
