Here's a table with a pointer to your health for the latest patched Arkham Asylum and Arkham City on Steam.
Most if not all GOTY trainers out there are from last year, but with the recent patch they've become invalid for use.
Set your HP to 200 and freeze it for invulnerability.

I'm not interested in other cheats so this'll just keep you alive until someone makes or updates elaborate tables.
