Here is a Cheat Engine table for Skullgirls.
Made it for v1.0, but it may work with other versions too.

Option:
1P health
1P energy

NOTES:
The cheat will give you infinite health, but if you are playing with 2 or 3 characters, graphically your health will decrease. Regardless of that, you will not die even if your health bar is on zero, so just ignore the health bar and keep playing.

I will not make updates or more options on request.
