Been trying to get it to no avail but managed to get ongoing construction progress. Just look at the amount its done so far (e.g 360 / 7200) and do a 4byte search between the number *1000 and the number+1 and *1000 again. You'll have to skip a day or two to redo the scan to narrow it down but generally only takes two scans unless you're really unlucky and someone is building something at an identical progress.

Can somebody tell me what does ˝fill up player squadrons˝ stands for?

Just trying the table out now. I had tried doing instant construction and instant research and somewhere in that combo the game no longer knows how many civilian factories I have, and cannot trade for the tungsten I need as Romania. It now believes I have a good 32 or so factories when I have about 25 and thus none can be used to trade.

EDIT: Changing the economy law gave me a few, but it still seems to be miscalculating.

That option keeps your air force squadrons full. Note that you need to produce enough planes to keep it that way, but with that option on, they reinforce instantly instead of gradually.

I still haven't found the crash point. I'm a little stuck :p
I'm bad at debugging crashes in other people's video game.
