I've attached a table i've been using for this game since 1/2/2017. The table still works for me. It might not work for y'all.

Yeah I have the steam version. I try to stay away from UPlay if I can. Does the table give any errors?

I wouldn't expect the static address to work across versions, try the scripts.

Did you run the table Lua script? With no error messages it seems like the Lua isn't loaded.
I know on another table EAC service/driver (from another game) is blocking CE, do you have this installed by another game?
EDIT:
There was some Free Weekend thing for Ghost Recon that has broken a lot of peoples ability to use CE.
If you do have the EAC thing then there should be an uninstall script in the games directory, run that then restart your system.

i use CE in Free Weekend Ghost Recon, and all work perfect.
In steam version CE table works perfect
uplay not working.
