- Effect Stat Unlocker (POL = 510 (Max POL+ Stat POL) then great Effect to Develop) and (FOR = 255 then great Effect to Goodwill)
- Effect Stat on War Unlocker (IF All Max Stats = 255 then great Effect on War)

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Fumbled my way through making a Max Stats script, doesn't affect Loyalty or honour though. Activate the script, open up your officer list and just hover over them with your mouse to give them max stats.
