EDIT: Did a bit more testing with the View Skills for get skills. There are some skills it doesn't unlock, but at the top right it will say you've mastered it effectively making it impossible to unlock these skills. You can test this with Ryumachi, Biteikotsu or Kakkazan for example.

How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
Anyone know how to cheat or add the materials already in stock ? doing it through the item bag is kind of a pain.
So far item bag is the only way I've found. Just give yourself 999 of each material (coz 999 is max cap) before you see Dojima. You don't really have to worry about the lower tier mats, just make sure you keep all the higher tier near maxed and you're good.

Yeah, that's what i was doing already, i was just wonder if it was possible or not.
'View Skills' to get skills doesn't seem to work. What is it supposed to do? Automatically unlock all the skills when you view, or make it easier ie the CONDITIONS for unlock are easy?
Could I request pointers for disguises and which model of Nanami is in use? Depending on the gifts you send her, her model can change when she returns.
reduce the level requirement for unlock the skill to zero, so you have to attack the enemy first...
Aha ok. If that's the case then yep, it works, just instead of single attack the sword has to level up once. It seems it doesn't realize any unlocks until it has gained a level. It also seems to be not capable of unlocking multiple skills at once so if there are multiple steps to a skill then it unlocks the first tier on first level up, then next tier on next level up etc.
Easy to bypass tho, can just use your pointer to set the sword EXP to 9999 and then just reduce it a level each time until all is unlocked
One final request IF its possible... Is there a way to make Kiwami easier to perform ie just 'hold block' and when enemy attack you will auto counter as if you perfect blocked? Kiwami can be really hard to perform and you have to nail it to get the chain kills.
