I was gone for the weekend but I'm working on the 3 tables now:
Stellaris
EU4
HOI4
in that order
Stellaris is usually a short, quick update. EU4 is a massive cow
And HOI4 is giving me trouble this time around due to an added security layer or two in the console code so it went back in the list for now.

Autonomy cheat does not work, i just freezed it and modified it to 0, went though most of my provinces, didn't work.

You are correct, it seems some province modifiers were off. Must have swapped them around by accident somehow. My apologies.

Dude, just open the old one and only activate the "Enable Console" part. That's been patch proof for ages.

The current version still works.
The extension survives all patches and hotfixes except when they fixed something to do with the pointers or console code.
Usually an expansion adds new values or removes them so that's why I need to update the extension a lot. Hotfixes usually don't do that.
