Urban Empire (2017-01-22)

Simple table for Urban Empire, may or may not work. Game generates code at runtime so table has a high chance of not working / detecting the wrong code / crashing.

Usage info:
Scripts with "To Activate: XXX" can only be activated (put an "X" into the box) after doing action XXX.
Scripts with "To Update: XXX" will only update their effect after doing action XXX.
Addresses with "XXX?" will enable the script effect XXX when 1 is put into the Value.

In general:
A. Do action YYY.
B. Activate (put an X) the "Initialization (Activate This First)" script.
C. Activate (put an X) the "Base Address Scan (To Activate: YYY, To Update: ZZZ)" script.
D. Enable (put a 1) the desired effect. Example: "Set Health to Max?" address.
E. Do action ZZZ.

"Progress Set to Almost-Instant?" sets Research Progress to almost instant.

2. Citizen.
"Wheel of Life Demands Set to Min?" sets Wheel of Life Demands to min.
"Party Goodwill Set to Massive?" sets Party Goodwill to massive.
"Money Bonus Set to Massive?" sets Money Bonus to massive.
"Happiness Bonus Set to Massive?" sets Happiness Bonus to massive (might not work?).
"Education Bonus Set to Massive?" sets Education Bonus to massive.
"Mayor Vote Bonus Set to Massive?" sets Mayor Vote Bonus to massive.

1. Tested game version V1.1.4.1 9254 64-bit. May work on other versions.

2. PlayerDataStub.
"Personal Funds Set to Massive?" sets Personal Funds to massive.
"Prestige Set to Massive?" sets Prestige to massive.
"Usage Set to 0?" sets Used Spy, Endorsed Company, Influenced Voting to 0.

Allows the following to be modfied.
- _gainedTraits.

table still works on 1.2.1.1
