I tried editing the agreement under Nation (England) but staff and players still need work permits after the edit (and pressing continue)...

would appreciate step by step guide on this

Use "No Work Permits" on Presets (Global)

Was able to increase allowed staff slots with this, thank you. Any chance that it can also increase allowed staff slots to other positions, e.g. head scout, head physio, director of football and technical director? Some staff only want certain roles.. No idea if it would mess with the game considering there's only room for 1 for a reason (although multiple assistant managers is possible).

transfer option on players not working

Hi, In Folder Person ---Transfers : dont see the offers from players... said nil or a number but not show nothing.

I'm Just wondering if you could incorporate a Job1/Job 2 edit under Person >Contract... which will allow for staff to have multiple roles...

How I can see more? When I opened role analyser, they only appear like this.

Yes, I know it's not intuitive but to have the option to affect your whole team and control the player development, you need to select your club by searching by club name, not ID.

Under Global Presets and Accelerate Player Development:
Pick Setup > Items List (this is where you enter the team to be affected by this and click Add > then the team will be selected, and you can have more control with the options below the team - edit: turn Filter to Off so it doesn't only apply to First Team. I personally pick x16 for Progress Rate just cos it's super quick and CA will match PA in maybe half a season.

It can be complicated to explain. At first, this reworked option for FM24 took a bit to figure out. Now the option does handily allow you to select your other teams instead of everything. It's better to see my screenshot and future reference. What you see is the table defaults:
