for my 99%, the club site shows 100% main missions, 98% side missions -> in total 99%
when I dumped string objects through brute force iterating from 30000 to 1400000 I also fished Quest(Anvil:Mission) objects like
0000014F744D51C1 001084FB A Gift from the Gods

I'm thinking about iterator reversing around Mission objects to get that 99% annoying bug nailed down

The weekly challenges popping up as quests? So that's what's affecting total completion then having two to three of these every week.

Can't be too many of them left now, item database doesn't seem to have much else that can be unlocked and lately they've been very active with these challenges so it should just be that last outfit and probably one more weapon I'm thinking unless they patch in more stuff with 1.42 or what the next patch will be.

Aside from the UPlay stats, where else in the game are these shown? Cuz I can't seem to find a pane in-game for some reason. Or there isn't any?...

There is no stats in the game shown. Only in uplay. :(

ahh. busted! using Sun's trainer? he fixed this in recent update. if you are comfortable with CE, you may remove stuck items from your inventory.
Using GearEditor equip any Gear item. then search memory around found pointer to find QuestItem pointers. You may use pItem to test for verification.
Once found set its quantity to 0, reload game.

I guess I have to write another script, eh? "Inventory Editor" :) Can be done, just not sure yet I am comfortable with Lua and GUIs.

^ Wherever there's duplicates and valid name/description, engine will pick that up. The rest with NULLs are just unfinished crap (junk). Also, wherever you find the same item listed twice, by name, but different hashes, one is the regular item you'd get via quests/Heka chest, the other is the Helix-available one through E-Store. I've not looked into it any further to tell which is which, considering you can use buda's E-Store hook and acquire both :P Yes, you can own both the normal and Helix items :)

Yes, I know.
But I'd rather "steal" or "borrow" perks from Recurve Bow (H) to put them into Recurve Bow... and get rid of the Helix item. :D
