What's not working?
When I click main hook, I get a million popups saying timer exception. Actually everything I click would popup a lot of these. I attached a screenshot but renamed png to ct.

Also if I close and reopen CE without shutting the game down, the Lua Engine pops out when I click main hook saying this"

That's the threading error mentioned in the first post.
Either use CE 6.7, or if you're using CE 6.8.1 (or 6.8); uninstall CE 6.8.1 redownload and reinstall, there was a fix but it never got it's own version.

And if you leave hooks enabled and close CE it will not know where stuff is to know the hooks are enabled, and the AOBs don't match because the code was changed to enable the hooks. So diable the hooks before closing CE, or you'll have to restart the game.

So for about a week now i have tried to get the Instant Development/deployments/motherbase and none of those three work, am i doing something wrong here?

I activate it, Go to develop a weapon, and it still says whatever time it will take like 10 days at the point im at.

Those are for offline stuff only, they don't hack the servers and change the timers.
You'll just have to wait for the online development.

There was a small update. I don`t know for what but the Staff hook doesn`t work anymore i get the following message:
