after few hours of downloading and installing elamigos (game+crack) update 1.0.5 froze (for 1hour same memory used by xdelta) so i had to kill the task which ruined all the folder lol tried to copy codex crack to my other(steamwork-fix+launcher) folder but it starts a new game ,no multiplayer and the console still didn't work =/ i put steamwork-fix back to replace the codex crack then i got my save back ,multiplayer and no console lol
Easy fix.
Try opening Task Manager and set XDelta priority to High.

I have no idea what you people are flaunting around. XDelta and other crap. Bottom line is main game .exe is fixed in all releases to return 0/1 on the Steam APIs, alongside with a Steam emu DLL.

L.E.: Am guessing they've devised some method to allow you to still play online through some Apache client? o_O That's the only "XDelta" google reference I found plausible.

xDelta is only used to update the game to verify the files sorry for the confusion lol

You're looking in the wrong folder. Each of the cracked games store the shit in their CODEX or w.e. folder in %appdata%. That folder I mentioned in my indications is for the original game.

i just moved the save folder(where the input i edited is) somewhere else and when i start the game it's a new game instead of my save so it should be the right folder lol

Alright. Still doesn't make sense for F10 to work as they hotkey. Unless.. I've extracted the .pak files to disk last night. Will check if BaseInput.ini has a define like that :D Which somehow overwrites your entry..

Yeah, that's the normal behavior. Check if this works in your .ini:

Code: Select all

[/Script/Engine.InputSettings]
ConsoleKey=Tilde
TypeKey=Backslash
ConsoleKey should now cycle consoles (bottom; large), while TypeKey should only bring up the bottom console.

Alternately, create this new entry:

Code: Select all

[/Script/Engine.SBZInputSettings]
ConsoleKey=Tilde
TypeKey=Backslash
And report :P

P.S.: Note Backslash is this key: \ (close to the big Enter on your keyboard)

Working great, both F10 and Tilde using clean files with SmartSteam.
Thanks Sun
