I just tested the table from february in the current South Africa patch and it seems to work just fine. Atleast in skirmish.

Fire as fast as possible. Default 1 sec.
Minimum Units:
Add secondary MOUA function. all player unit numbers will be set before game starts.
Could someone please help me with updating this cheat table? I'm a big fan of the fast aim and reload option, and I've attempted to make changes myself, but I'm having trouble figuring it out.
