Yep that's very true.
Best to assign a hotkey to that script to toggle it on - off.
select the hack and press
<CTRL>h to create one

i got it. its solved. basicly, i changed the name to svchost.exe, and was just svchost with out the .exe

I got the same problem, when I try to run the cheat, svchost freeze, and when I close genshin the table appears

Try restarting your PC if you've done everything else right. Worked for me, anyway.

for some reason, i can't seem to be able to load the tables without my cheat engine freezing and stop responding.

Freezes usually means you didn't read / done all the steps needed.
Make sure you've done all the steps in the "*how to use the table below" here:
