Some Feats can't be added from their Feats entry. If they have multiple Passive effects, you will need to add them separately to add the feat. As an example, I'm trying to add a weapon proficiency to my character, but every attempt results in a crash.
I've managed to add the ones already in the table and one or two others that aren't especially hard to figure out (single word feats for example) Do I need to unpack the .PAK files to find the correct ID strings?
