I tried double clicking on the values and there is no dropdown at all in both of the scripts
The master script does all dropdown values. So you better get it working if you want these.
Read the "Master Script not working" section in the main post!
I'll have to politely ask you to stop posting here, unless your next post is either a "I've tried it and now it's working, why didn't I do this earlier" or a "I've tried all 6 methods, none of them were working, but I'm willing to provide assistance in finding a fitting one for the windows store." post.

I'll again post some of the tests. CE 6.7, cracked CODEX (1.0.7210.0), Windows 7 x64, table is 10.8.
registerDB() -- does work
registerDB_ns_old() -- does work
registerDB_ns() -- doesn't work
registerDB_alt1() -- doesn't work
registerDB_alt2() -- (default as of now) does work
registerDB_alt3() -- doesn't work
Thanks, I'll leave the registerDB_alt2() one as default in the future and remove alt1 and alt2. The ns one doesn't work for you, because it's for the newest version and codex probably wasn't updated yet. I'm not even sure, what they changed, 40 MB patch and the brightness slider still won't save its position :evil:

Your script is awesome, thanks!

I used it to drop some Legendary items. Now I've made it drop a Vendetta Bow. Two things are weird about this one.
First: You cannot destroy it for Mirian. I suppose this is intended though. Anyways I dropped two of these and got rid of one by giving it invalid stats and restarting the game. This deleted 'illegal' weapons.
Second: This bow in particular is a Long Bow. It gets a Piercing Modifier for Charged Shots. However if I drop it this way it will have the Modifier two times instead of once. So this weapon has 6 effects in total then. On a sidenote: How do I get rid of an effect anyway?
All items were dropped on Level 60.
Why do you want to get rid of the 6th effect, just change it to something awesome :P Well since they normally give this bow to you for the online missions, they probably use a different generation table.

I'm having some trouble with editing Orc's appearance, when I change a part of their armor it disappears, even if I try putting the default value back. Any way of fixing this ?
That's normal, do a quick travel to see changes there.

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

For changes to take effect the orc must complete some event (I'm guessing shaming or recruiting him has to work too if you don't want to wait). If the item you want to change doesn't fit your orc type it will be changed to a random one or won't change at all.

Anyone incidentally working on like a spreadsheet or something for all the abilities you can put on your Uruk?
There's a list of Orc's strengths and weaknesses on the IGN site. It's almost complete and has most of the epic traits.

Is there any way to prevent uruks from betraying you? I noticed an ability called BatrayPlayer_From_Abuse, does editing it remove the possibility of betrayal?

Alot of equipment changes also show if you re-position your orc on the army screen. Though you have to change the AD_insertcraphere in most cases so often you reposition then if you want to check another look change the AD_insertcraphere to something else AD_insertcrap here and back to experiment with looks. Some head pieces require AD_emptyhead + a specific helmet to appear without glitches.

Has anybody had any luck putting the twin head, metalhead or melted/tumor face on orcs? Some things seem to mess up the head completely! If i try twinhead + AD_Twinhead its completely whack. Same with emptyhead+twinhead/tumorface combos.

Like this [Link]

I think there must be some other tag somewhere because if you use the exact same equipment of orcs that went through cheat death on others it often doesnt give them the same appearance. Most cheat death interesting appearance orcs have IT_emptyhead or lowbrow/highbrow variations + AD_emptyhead. Maybe there is an actual head slot instead of helmet to make those gruesome appearances work or im just missing something.

I'd love to change it in any way but your table only displays five effects and I have absolutely no idea how to access the sixth.
Weird thing is that it also happened with The Bright Lord's Hammer for me. There are two different variants of this item for some reason. One creates a Tier 3 Hammer (missing a Lv55 upgrade) with one Charge Hammer AOE stat and the other one creates a Tier 4 (full upgraded) Hammer with two of these. So yet again this item has 6 stats.
edit: Of course the Hammer could also be an example of an item that has a different generation table.

The 10.8 table work well with fitgirl repack version. But item editing is not permanent right? They reset to their base value after restart the game. And Uruk editing seems buggy too, I can edit them but it crash my game after a few fights in arena, which not happened when i use the old table.

You should replace it with Picker_Loyal and that should do the trick!

Anyone interested in working on a shim re-implementation of the API the game uses for garrisons/chests/etc?

I know - thanks to seikur0 - that it's rather easy to force your game to spawn a bunch of legendary uruks now...so this might be a waste of time, I dunno.

At any rate, I've been watching what the game does over the network the last few days, and aside from sending a buttload of events to WB's servers, everything you do in the Marketplace hits a set of APIs hosted on EC2, eg:

Code: Select all

The data sent back and forth is "x-ag-binary". To me, it looks like a binary JSON - most of the field names are included, and most data seems to be big-endian. I haven't had time to actually sit down and describe the spec or write a decoder yet.

I am confused by some of the data (obviously) - I don't see anything that matches in-game levels when you open a silver chest, for example, but part of the response is a "level_relative" field, so that might mean the engine just randomly generates a level near yours.

I'll probably work on this over the weekend and throw something up on Github if anyone is interested. Truth be told, editing stuff with CE will probably be the easiest way of doing things, but it seems like a fun project.

Fixed that script, might be slightly less powerful now, but won't cause crashs.

I added some more slots, so you can now edit up to 7 properties :P

-----------------
Also added an "Adjust uruk level" script, because what were they even thinking when they put uruk max level to 65 and player max level at 60.. This will put the level of an uruk within limits of your choice (standard between 1 and 60), when you go near them.
