Yes, it's only showing that you have infinite resources, but you have only the normal ones, so can't use what is showing

Yes, it seems to only change visually.

Btw you can try this one, there is a cheat named "insta Build with crowns". You can place for example Buildings and you can instant finish with the crowns. try it out
