Some stuff I have been able to figure out: Manager XP is a 4 byte value, but it seems to change each time a file is loaded, and sometimes when a game or practice is entered. I was able to edit it by the following process:

1. Have some (non-zero) amount of XP

2. Go to the "Spend Coach XP" screen

3. Search for the 4 byte value

4. Leave the Coach XP screen, simulate games until you get more XP

5. Go to the Coach XP screen again, search new value

6. This usually results in 5 or 6 potential addresses, just change one

7. Leave Coach XP screen, go back in

8. If XP value changed, good, otherwise, try again with a different address

9. Once you find the right address, change value in Cheat Engine to 500,000 or something so you can buy everything

I'm sure someone with knowledge of pointers and scripts would have an easier time of this, but it's worked for me!
