Ok, so after about 3-4hrs of testing the new update(it is Tuesday 12:13pm here in India), these are my conclusions. As always, they may not be possible for you to recreate and may be only happening to me. I am also kind of feeling guilty due to the reason that I feel I keep bugging you with these errors. But given the reach and capability that your mod gives, especially the possibility to play the game without ruining the experience while also making it not so miserable for players like us(with various non-gameplay breaking options to use), I thought I should write this.

Conclusions:
1. The waster-rock storage disposal works as it should, but the moment the game is saved, the drones stop working on the disposal. This non-disposal action also applies to the concrete production using the concrete producer. The drones will only move the waste rock manually. I could go around the concrete producing problem by creating a transport resource path from the concrete producer to the storage. Interestingly, this transport resource path does not work with fuel refineries and the reason I found was that, the drones take away the fuel as it should. Literally anything that produces waste rock has this issue and the production can be continued by making transport paths(other than water extractors, I am using the "Moisture Vaporator+" to produce water).

2. The drones give precedence to moving fuel into the shuttle, even if the priority is at its lowest, than moving it to the storage.

3. I disable all other mods but the same above issues keep themselves alive.

4. The moment I will disable your mod from the Mod Manager, everything starts working as they should.

5. If the drone setting from the gameplay tab above is set to "Repair supply leaks instantly", the drones will not repair the cable or pipe leaks at all.

6. Irrespective of the speeds I play the game in, the issues persist.

Completely disabled depot storage cheats till I figure it out.
Drone Repair Supply Leak Toggle: Changed time to 1 instead of 0, to stop drones from ignoring leaks.

Changes:
Updated for Spirit update
Using up/down history in console places cursor at end of text instead of start
re-added the AddConsolePrompt function (not sure why they removed it...)
Added image to Mod Manager view.
Object Examiner now opens at the mouse cursor.
You can examine objects under cursor without having to select them.

Fixed:
F5 dumps info from Examiner instead of dumpobject
Screenshots are quicker.


Known issues:
Going above 4096 or so will making clicking on certain buildings laggy (houses/schools).

It was just the console and remove construction limits that had issues, easy fixes :)

Hey Choggi how are you doing ? I thought I should add this, but just enabling your cheats stops the whole rock storage thingy that is bugging us all. I have a few pictures but the only way to upload them is by linking to image uploaing sites. Now opening those sites is a problem since out univerisity kind of bans those sites. We use a proxy server to connect. So, I have attached the zipped file which consists the pictures. Could you by any chance try to make a transport vehicle that can also carry rocks or would exclusively shuttle rocks between extractors and dump-sites ? Is that possible ?

Please forgive me for not being able to attach the links like everybody does it.

These are pretty small pictures, it's hard to see much of anything.

My mod won't cause the drones not picking up waste rock/etc anymore, but I haven't been able to fix saves that already have the issue.

Big pictures are impossible to put into zip files. This website has a feature of not allowing it.

Something that compresses better? PNGs aren't that great for colour shots.

sharemods.com, or stick them on google drive? I doubt your U blocks google, but a savegame and log would probably help more.

Added AutoWork/ManualWork to cheat pane.
Option to change logo (QoL>Logo).
Added Orbital Probes to Resources menu.
Hide certain items in cheatpane (QoL>Infopanel Cheats Cleanup).
Set occurrence level of disasters.

Changes:
Removed domes from Instant Build (use Alt-B for them).
Follow Camera distance is consistent now.
Hides the console log when using Follow Camera (camera going through glass = spammy log).
Higher render dist/shadows default to off, as higher zoom also defaults to off.
Added option for minimal border scroll mouse activation area (QoL>Camera/Border Scrolling Area).
Cleaned up some menu descriptions.

Fixes:
Console stopped working after loading a different game.
Remove Building Limits works properly.
Using Instant Build would make domes not have the bottom texture till you placed an inside building somewhere.
Restricted Delete Object from deleting domes (can freeze game).

Just copy it all over and overwrite everything? or delete the content of the mod folder and then copy the new version over?

Added:

Buildings/Cables & Pipes: No Chance Of Break (removes the chance of them ever breaking, without using instant upgrade).

Infopane cheats for colonists (stats, age, gender, performance, random specialization)



Changed:

Re-added storage depot amounts (they only take effect after restarting), added limits to prevent save files being deleted.

Ctrl-Shift-Space now works with deposits (concrete ones won't get filled).

Fully Automated Buildings only does 100% perf instead of 150% (you can always boost production if you want it).

Changing production/capacity on all types of a building on larger maps might be slightly faster.

Build menu will now close if you press the same number as the category you have opened.

Unlock all buildings now updates construction menu without having to re-open it.

When you change a child to youth+ age, it kicks them out of the nursey, same for a youth+ to child.



Fixed:

Added production was being reset after toggling power (still resets for certain items, see Known issues).

building storage capacity was ignoring the new values.

Opening console with tilde no longer results in a grave accent being added.

Add/Remove Negative Traits was backwards (thanks ClearanceClarence).

RC Transport Storage Increase wasn't working correctly (numbers for newly placed still don't add up correctly as I'm adjusting the base amount, and lazy).

ChoGGi.ReturnTechAmount() wasn't returning a proper percent.

A few menu items weren't resetting to the upgraded default (just the default).

Changing gender from male to female (or vice) wouldn't update the entity model.

Set age to retiree stopped working last update.



Edit:

Instantly start mysteries (Cheats>Start Mystery).

Help>Interface>Never Show Hints (no need to see hints on a new game).



Colonists will now use inside buildings that are outside (you need to have at least one dome placed), colonists will still use the dome.

>To get workplaces working; increase Outside Workplace Radius, and some of the buildings don't really work correctly (diner).

>Expect bugs: this isn't how the game is supposed to work...
