I can hack gold and xp easliy, they're just 4-bit values, but others such as number of upgrade cards, upgrade points, are hard to find.
Anyone have idea about that?

When you patch exp (the easiest), you often get two Addresses. The lower value one is the snap shot, plz concentrate on the bigger address. Browsing the later address, just above where you will find Life and Magic as in current / Max formation. Needless to say, all in hex. Current version does not have any cheat checking, so I can get a Lv 45 char with 1685 Life...

I am struggling with rune cards, if anyone have time to make a table, will be greatly appreciated. XD

Money is easy to cheat, for upgrade cards i had to use a hex editor, editing the char.cug file in Appdata/roaming/return2games_wip21.
MAKE A BACKUP OF THE FILE FIRST!

Just search the hex value of the upgrade cards you have. If you have for example 3 sun, 2 moon and 4 life runes just search for 030002000400 in hex and that string should only be in the file once. Replace the numbers with ff and you will have 255 of each upgrade card.


As for using cheatengine to edit the upgrade cards: i found the card values but couldn't find a way to edit them. Using a simple hex editor plugin for notepad++ and editing the save file was much easier.

It didnt work for me, was the file found in

edit: sweet, it works. i had messed up by looking for 0102 when i should be looking for 01 00 02 00 03 00 04 as an example which was why cubex wrote that he was looking for 0100020003 as an example.
