Rise of Tomb Raider Auto Heal disable

Is there a way to disable Auto Heal feature on lower difficulty. My skills are too low in cheat engine, and I can only find value changes from scanning but don't understand any scripts.
Just wish that Auto heal should be absent on lower difficulty just like its absent on Survival difficulty. Please anyone help on this.
