I'd consider it, but I don't think my CPU supports SSE3 instructions. Furthermore, assuming someone doesn't have the emu set up, with (presumably) a legit BIOS (or whatever equivalent is required) plus downloading a multi-gigabyte dump of the game in question... that's quite a bit of work before you even begin finding cheats.
I'd rather be hired to teach you how to do it yourself, though ~$20 would likely be around my hourly rate, FWIW. PM if interested, but I won't be holding my breath.
