I greatly appreciate anyone who can assist, as I have been unable to adjust these values on my own. The RNG on this game has made it impossible for me to win a single play-through.

I've won a couple of times, but it does seem to be very luck based. You need to have the right people in the right houses to have a chance of success.

I ALWAYS get 2 or 3 people with negative attributes for the house virtue they should be supporting.
...I mean ALWAYS.
