Crafting mats is going to be tricky as the addresses for the items is a pretty wide range.
I did it the hard way and saw them going all the way from 04xxxxxxxx to 09xxxxxxxx. Possibly even higher. But that's what I found anyway.

Can bestiary be edited? Like how many monsters you have left to kill?

Use the unlock_all_bestiary console command.
