Hello.. some time ago i got banned for trash fight with admin or mod.
Can smb hack gold or at last lvl. On new acc or just explain me how do it.

Nah i got insta delete account while i refresh page to login my nick name changed to Null xD
Me personality info on character and pub/priv images has gone

My point being, if you were permanently banned, then creating another account and admitting to it will likely result in another ban. I do not know who banned you the first time or their reasoning, but perhaps something to consider.
