Undertale and Sonic 4

Hello. I was hoping to leave a request here for some cheats I'm looking for for Undertale, and Sonic The Hedgehog 4 Episode 1 and 2.

Undertale:
Force and encounter (For genocide runs)
Force Gaster encounter
Open the mysterious door (could probably be done by freezing the value for names touched at the end of a pacifist run.)

Sonic the hedgehog episode 1 and 2:
Give all 7 chaos emeralds.
