Infinities trainer is good (STN's technically, but i use infinity) but i want to edit upgrade pointers, damage multipliers, exp multipliers, no cooldowns, instant global mission completion, and im sure theirs more that i cant think of off the back of my head.

Google the Fling trainer for it, it has most of those options.

which i used to max out my mats. -dark matter (used cheat engine to find the amount and edited that myself along with quite a few character upgrade points.) also on flingtrainers site its not showing up.
