update for v1.6 please
Hi :)

Just use Contralto's table and edit Aob Scan script line 3 like that:

aobscan(health_aob,8B * 64 8B AB 04)

Then you have to edit each pointer by double-clicking on it and changing first offset 5C into 64 and that's all! :)
It's Cake-sans table, actually. And I tried that, but it still won't activate :/

There must be something different between GoG and Steam, then. Because I'm using Steam 1.6, and the Aob Scan won't activate. I replaced line 3 with what you wrote, should I be doing anything else? Running some compiler in the mod that I don't know about?

Didn't find any steam release to check if something is different but I deeply doubt. All what you can do it is to make a search for that array of bytes (8B * 64 8B AB 04) and see if you get a match. And if you do not get any, then try to play with theses bytes (replace 64 by * then do a new search and so on.

If you haven't, then you should because it's still working for me

If it's still not working for you then, good luck.

Well, it seems that running the game under steam have some kind of memory protection.

You can try running the game by executing the jar file locate inside the game dir, then use the cheat.

That works for me.

The table works for me after running in in jar file. There is a steam protection--which is interesting.

Also I was wondering, is it possible to edit items? I tried it with cheat engine but it seems like there's some sort of hidden value that if I change the value, the game just crashes. Thank you

Has anyone got any methods for editing items in your inventory?

There is a way to dupe items
Spoiler
Go to your safe space, store the items you want to dupe and save the game, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Balrum\files\saves, find the save folder, copy safeplace.sav and paste it in another folder, go back to the game and withdraw the items you want and save again in the same slot, go back in the folder and overwrite the safeplace.sav you made as back up back inside the save folder, load the save and when you come back both your character and the storage you placed the items inside should have the same items, rinse and repeat

Also i cant seem to get Cake-san's table to work both using the .exe and the .jar inside the game folder, also changed the bytes that fantomas mention yet it does not work for me, i am using the steam version.

Is there any chance to get this updated to 1.6 hotfix 4 (GOG)?

Thanks a ton for any answer in advance

I followed your instructions as best I understood them. I changed the aob scan int the table like you said, and changed the 5c entries in the table to 64, but it STILL won't cooperate. Using the AOB scan comes up with error: not all results found. What am I doing wrong?

My fix has been made on v1.6 (25023) GOG game version. In that version, the .exe file has been compiled in 32bit, while the .jar file has both DLL (steam_api.dll & steam_api64.dll). So if I launch the game with the .exe file, the game will be in 32bit and it is on that file that I made the fix. And if I launch the game with the .jar file, the game will be in 64bit, and the fix will not be compatible. And that's why some people said the Cake-san's table does not work for them, while it works fine, actually.

In hotfix_4, the .exe file is compiled in 64bit as well, so that fix is now deprecated.

Not like I do really care about the game (do not expect other fixes from me), but here's an alternative of the aob scan script. It is maked on v1.6 hotfix 4 GOG version but it should work on Steam version as well (in theory).
