XCOM 2 Long War 2

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has the XCOM 2 cheat table that Shinkansen made. The one that allowed you to have multiple perks per level of soldier's tree. Or a better version of it made for the Long War 2 mod. I can't seem to find this table anymore. Thanks in advance.
