From what i can see it uses a non standard engine. the only name i have found is warengine?

Seems like a newer version of the engine they used in their previous game Syrian Warfare. Unlike the previous one, this one can be edited with cheat engine. Infinitive resources is easy, but some sort of invincibility would be nice.
