PES 2017 Master League (Offline) Personality Bar

Hey guys, I have trouble finding value for personality bar.

For example i want to change value for tactics


There is CT for this game to change attribute, but no personality.

Found the value.

Using Player base address from CT by Zanzer
PES 2017 CT

There are 2 value (byte):
Player base address +c6 - for Charisma and Passion
Player Base address +c7 - for Tecnique and Tactics

I need one address for one personality, but for the love of God, I can't play with binary to split between personality (bit, length etc).

Example:
Hover my player, in this case Morgan De Sanctis to find player base address.
Address: 7B062308

Address for charisma and pasion: 7B062308 + C6 = 7B0623CE
Address for technique and tactics: 7B062308 + C7 = 7B0623CF

For example i want to maximize my tactics personality.
Address : type : value
7B0623CF : byte : 31

Result:


Address : type : value
7B0623CF : byte : 255

Result:


How to split this address using binary type?
I just want to maximize tactics ,not both technique and tactics.

Honestly, I cannot thank you enough for whoever found this...
as someone who likes to play and farming budgets on Master League I've been grinding my teeth for the minus Salary budget
I've been in trouble managing/gaining more Salary budgets as the game (PES 2017) isn't as much well develop as its future series
*as I'm just a peasant gamers who could only play this game on my potato PC

as someone found the c6 & c7 for its pointer personality bar I could just make some certain players to be more easier to gain certain team roles like Star Player, Playmaker, Maestro, or even Superstar (roles who can boost salary)
I mean sure there is cheat for salary like that (money tool) but that just completely kill the whole farming/playing for a whole season

also, I'd really like it if there's more people who's taken more interest in tweaking/cheating this game even more, like there's this thing on players positioning... apparently, there's this "limit" of games on how many times they should play until they learn a position...
for example like M. Rashford, I'd like to develop him more to gain position like LWF/RWF but just to gain one position it took a whole season (and half) for them to learn that position and it even still greyed (half learn/adapt) thats even more unrealistic for me,
I mean sure there's the cheat table from ZanZer to make em learn that position, but TBH I'd prefer getting notice board like "a player has learn position" would be more relief than cheating instant positions
