That is a RNG building game,each run will be different, with new buildings to discover.
Options Required:

I can only found "Resource Harvest Amount"by 4-byte.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful.

If you wanna learn more about making tables for unity games, I recommend looking up some tutorials on using the mono feature of CE with unity games. Really helpful.

Remove save encryptions, you can edit your save (stats, profile, game) in "C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\LocalLow\CKCGames\dotAGE\"
Make a backup of your save before ^^
- Install Melon Loader 5.7

MelonLoader 0.5.7 Install Instructions
Make sure to unckeck "Latest" and select 0.5.7
- Launch your game once (MelonLoader need this to generate all files).
- Download and Extract "Dotage_RemoveSaveEncryption.dll" in YourGameFolder\Mods\
- Launch your game.
- Load a save
- Quit to force save

Can't get it to work =/

Issue append when you try to extract archive? (use Winrar or 7Zip)
Or in game?

Extracting it, though it looks like that was initially because Windows decided Winrar was no longer my default x_x
