I think most displayed character stats are results of some calculation, so finding and changing them directly doesn't do much. You can search for a random skill's level (4 bytes), freeze and keep level it up to raise sword, staff, unarmed or hidden weapon proficiency. It will affect skill damage of that weapon category. The proficiencies can be searched and changed directly too, float type I think.

2. Change status after Upgrade Status (Consume, Change Equip, Etc) *NOT PERMANENT
- Only affected stat, if you want to change all stat, can change all equip to take effect
- You can Edit the Value
3. Item Increase Upon Use, Selling or Use Item
4. Meridian Point
- You can Edit the Value
- Changed after using meridian point
5. Martial Point
- You can Edit the Value
- Changed after using martial point
6. Add Money
- You can edit the value
- Change after Buy or Sell Item
7. Add Affinity
- Will add +100 to affinity gift
8. Change Base Stat *Permanent
- Activate Script then use consumable with "Max HP" effect
- Then your Base Stat will appear
- Save and Load to change your stat Permanently

3. Sorry I will not add cheat options in this game anymore (To update to the latest game version, maybe I will do it), because I am now focused on playing another game "Miners Settlement".

Here's my personal table. Make sure to disable scripts after use. You might get rogue crashes otherwise. For game version 1.20.3.

Options

1. Shitty Money Pointer, open trade menu to update (trade with someone).
2. Trade Quantity multiplier, this should increase the items you get by 10x.
3. Max affinity with 1 gift.
4. Item Quantities greater than 2 set to 99. Open backpack after enabling script. Disable after using.
5. Martial and Meridian Points pointer and multiplier. To Update, spend or use martial books that increase martial points. The script itself provides a 2x gain to Martial points and a 1.5x gain to Meridian Points.

Minor Update:
Changed Martial Points script to also update when you upgrade martial arts. The address that updates depends on the character you use martial points on. AFAIK the multiplier should affect all party members though.

Update 2:
Added a multiplier you can set for martial and meridian points. Added a script to set any item to 99 (use with caution!). You can use this after going to the material/consumable tabs so everything is set to 99 regardless if you have 2 of the item or not. Don't use this on tabs like weapons and armors or wherever you can view them as this will set their quantities to 99 (but it seems only a visual bug). Works for latest update (1.20.3)

Got some trick to change bought item in trade and got some DEV items to unlock all material and weapons
...

Thanks to your amazing discovery and izayoixx json file for item ids, I may have been able to create a script that could automate your process.

Here is a "Replace Traded Item" script for 1.20.4 that may or may not work for you:
- Activate the script and start a trade with any merchant
- Make sure the item name shown in the script is one of the items the merchant is selling. If it's not, then close the trade screen and open it again
- The script would only replace one item of the merchant (the item that you saw in the script when you first opened the trade screen).
- Pick another item from the list in the script or type an item ID (List now contains most items and debug items)
- The item image in the game will not change, hover over the item to find out if it changed in the description.

- I've made a list of most items in the dropdown menu of the script. They're categorized and mostly go from white rarity to red rarity.

With this script you can spawn any item as long as you can find a merchant anywhere.

Please note that this may or may not work depending on your version
