scan for "Decreased value" until one is left or wait ten days and insert next one. Ex 50 days search 1150681088 and then wait ten day search 1148190720 etc.

then change to 1 and see research go to 0 days

construction
the same goes for construction, but you have to build in one spot and then start the search from start again when starting a new construction

Hope someone who have the time will try to create a table for this, i know everything is could be modified easily in 4 bytes. but for construction and production isn't always easy to get.
i know the game is not a Triple A big game, it just being developed by several people who want to mix Hearts of iron RTS, Wargame red dragon and FPS game. it is weird but it's rare for this mixed game mechanic
