hi. I actually made a patch for the game that you can load, no need for cheat engine table. but no one hit kill. still, using the patch should be good enough

note: the patch is for the Japanese version of the game BLJS10286

How does the "999 Strengthen Material" work? Do I need acquire the Material first by Mission? I I thought that All Material would be 999 after the patch
