Always make a .sav backup, just in case.

Save files (.sav) are editable. Go to c:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Frozenheim\Saved\SaveGames

Visit [Link] -> upload .sav file [for non-patrons there is a limit to how many saves you can edit in a certain amount of time]
Be careful, some values also affect the enemy.
"Ctrl+F" -> search for the values you want to change (modify green number in parenthesis). Set it to a reasonable amount.
Scroll all the way to the bottom, download and over-write Save.sav in xxxSaved\SaveGames
Restarting/Quitting game is not necessary. Save game -> alt+tab -> edit your recent .sav file -> download -> put in xxxSaved\SaveGames -> alt+tab back to game -> load new .sav
