I found how to adjust Money via save file.

Go to c:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Smart City Plan\savegames\

Edit the msave with notepad and do the following:
1. search for

Code: Select all

;CITY;500;0;0;0;

and change the value 500 to 99999999

Code: Select all

;CITY;99999999;0;0;0;

I think CE can do it, but it's too complicated for me.

I dunno how to modify double value on assemble. But, i can tell u the value what u looking for is stored as double.
But first, u need to attack cheat engine on the right process (the highest nw.exe memory usage).
