Still not working.
The following things DO work. I tried them again and again and they work every time. NO TABLE NEEDED.
Consider that strong Leaders have a huge impact on the game. The game will become considerably easier.

Edit: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: Doing any actions in game will mean different results in the memory view. Follow exactly my guide, includeing when to load a save, or what actions to do. The game meory changes on every possible action. Includeing opening interfaces. :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!:

Guide:
Regime profile:

Step 1: Load a save game. Don't do anything. :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :!:

Step2: Search for "orgCount" with UTF16 checked
Image
Usually, you will find 2 different results.

Step 3:
Open the memory view:
The correct one should have this pattern:
Image
9.3 = 93 is the value of my current democracy profile.
1.0 = 10 is the number of my current autocracy profile
4 = Is the number of your regime. This number is different every game but keeps the same for the same match obvious.
You should quickly figure out what numbers affect which profile.

Values can quickly change in the game. if you want to edit again, you need to save and reload it.
Image

leader Stats:
Step 1: Load a save game. Make a turn.
Step 2: Open a leaders interface:
Image
Step 3: Search for his Lastname as String with UTF16 checked
728 results:
Image
Step 4: Switch between "Stats" History" "Compare" "Skill Log" and search again. Repeat until the same results stay
18 result:
Image
Stept 5: Look through the memory view. The right address has a pattern like this:
Image
The first number above the name is the capability. Sometimes it isnt. Then look at other values above the name. 1 = I 5 = V
If you scroll down you will find the values of his attributes and personality.

Extra: Editing the numbers.
When you edit numbers and double click them you see 1 byte values. 57 = 7 ; 48 = 0

If my approach does not work for you, a table would not work either :D

If you follow my guide it will work. It works 100% every time. I tested it with 10 different games. :ugeek:

So after much trouble I followed your directions and got this to work. These other guys most likely are suffering user error issues. That said, a table would be awsomesauce, if only for the QoL. I'd make one myself but I haven't a clue as to how it would be done.

I think you might need to use an AOB, AOB tend to track that shit.

So, I noticed you get this... I'm not sure, but are you using some kind of input to change this?

100% confirm Dampfnudel's method works. It's a bit more complicated than "scan for resource in 4b" but if you're willing to poke and have the game crash on you a bunch of times you can reverse engineer almost anything.

Scenario files passwords seem to be "GarfieldJonesCat" too (Thanks makotech222), so editing that might be possible too.

Edit. Replacing the file in the archive with itself seems to cause crash because the algorithm used is bit different from the original...
