The table linked here (
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=8812) has a code to unlock all costumes and I can confirm it works on the current steam version. Unsure if this will change with the patch so get in quick!

Would you be kind enough to share detailed instructions on how to do this? I have cheat engine open and the table. I see the options to unlock costumes but when I select it nothing happens.

Method on how to do this?
Just a simple group search.
Each value is a 2 byte offset next to another.
I couldn't search for any costume that is 0/XXX. It has to have some points before I can find it.
Editing it to max (1000/1000) doesn't unlock the costume. So I just made it 999/1000 and then try to earn another point from playing.
I hope someone can make a highlight pointer cheat. It'd be easier.

I got it working! It kept freezing on me but I restarted or something and now it works. All of the outfits except the dlc exclusives are now mine

I just wanted to point out that some hairstyles are missing though : Ayane's, Hayate's, La Mariposa's and Phase 4's. Mainly because they require using another costume than the default one I guess.

There is a way to ulock all characters and outfits in steam version?
