Offsets, dunno if they're 4 bytes, didn't tested it
1C-1E Amount of Ore in Town
28-2A Amount of Gold in Town
That's really well done.
But yeah, like Kadaji said be sure to make a back up because if you set it too high, it overflows into a negative value, which is less than useless.
Now I've just gotta find that skill points value...

Wait wut?
"Offset" 1C-1E? 28-2A? Wut?
A savefile does not have any offsets. This one here is a plain encrypted text structure. If you are willing to edit an executable, then you are having offsets while using an assembly tool like ollydbg or x64dbg.

Cool, don't go up than ~77 FF FF or you'll end up with negatives.
Got the stars offset too?
I dont really get what you are changing, how do i know what values to change and what to change it too if i simply want to add like 1 million? Can anyone explain this to me?

Ditto. I'm completely confused on what they are changing as well.
Interestingly, i changed my 1c-1e value to the one in Kadajis picture, and it happened to change some things with achievements and gave me a huge guild score which resulted in 6 more stars to all my currently created characters. When i put my backed up normal town.bsa back in, the guild score and everything is back to normal but i kept the stars on my characters, repeatable for farming stars!
