Call To Arms Trainer

Hi I am looking for Call To Arms trainer I have been looking i found an old one for version 1.018.0 but it doesnt work for the current version 1.228.0 I'm playing single player and i'm trying to simply get more research points so i can get a sniper for the 1st game and for me to get it the cost will be double cheat engine doesnt seem to be able to touch the research points at least for me does anyone know of a currenty working trainer that can edit or change the research points in single player game???? Please???
