Assassin Creed Origins - Help Weapon Editor

i need some help with budabum Weapon Editor. i red the instructions but i cant seem to figure out how it fully works. basically i would like to add this weapon(Khopesh Sword) in the game and modify its descriptions and edit damage / perks but i have no idea if its really possible. if so it would be nice to make this weapon some what official to use. so far all we can do is add it to the game but theres no name no perks really. below is the link image of the sword.
