So I've always been PC user, but lately my brother lend me his PS3 console with collection of games for it and especially one game that i wanted to play for some time, but couldn't on PC - Ni no Kuni. Unfortunatelly since I'm working man now I don't have that much time for grinding, exping each companion and such. I'm wondering if it's possible to use CE on console (if so can you lead me to some tutourial how to do it) and weather it's safe to cheat original PS3 game (no ban's (afaik Ni no Kuni is single-player only game) or risk of messing up the console)?

It's impossible, CE is built for PCs and requires full access to the CPU to grab processes and edit the addresses, which I don't think can even be done on PS3 without some serious tinkering let alone PS4.

Well you could put ps3 save on usb and open it on PC, edit and put back on console - can't you? I know that you probably can't do "live action" cheating like slow time, god mode and so on - but changing money value, exp, stats, items should be possible.

With hex editing yeah, and you can hack in real time but you need specialised software and a jailbreak, PS4 is still impossible because the saves are encrypted and there isn't any software currently that can decrypt them

Bruteforce is used for PS3 saves or a simple hex editor but you can't even transfer saves from PS4 to USB. Literally the only games you can posssibly hack on PS4 are games like Borderlands that have a cross-save function between both consoles

I should mention, there are ban risks with jailbreaking, but only if you log in to your account on the jailbroken console since it sends system logs to Sony every time you login
