no idea, is there something on your keyboard(like ctrl alt c) ? because this doesn't happen to me

Can you please clarify what the problem is? --Or is the popup happening as a result of the columns adjustment in memory viewer?

CE have clashed with youdaoDic unions.

If you terminate all processes for the Chinese dictionary, do you still experience problems?
DB would have to verify if that bundle is part of the geo-targeted ad cycle.
I am still just guessing what your problem really is.
