[Help] Cheat Engine does not start on Windows 11

Hello everyone.
I would have a problem with starting CE on Windows 11. In practice, once CE is installed and I go to the Desktop icon, I right-click and start as Administrator, no window relating to CE opens, actually if I go to Task Management, the application doesn't appear at all, as if it had never been started. I checked that CE has total control without limitations, also disabled the antivirus, but nothing, the x64 version doesn't start.
If I want to start CE I have to do it from the address bar and I necessarily have to choose Cheat Engine 32, then yes, it starts. Is there anyone who had the same problem as me. Please let me know how to fix it, thanks.
